Esther's journey began in nursing, where she discovered her passion for compassionate care. Transitioning to support individuals with disabilities, she made a profound impact as a manager of a group in Calgary, Alberta   that catered to those with a range of challenges, including brain injuries, behavioral issues, and addiction.

Her multifaceted approach as a supportive roommate further exemplified her commitment to fostering meaningful relationships and providing personalized assistance to her clients.

Throughout her career, Esther has also worked in diverse settings, including home care, hospice, and hospitals, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs and aspirations of individuals with disabilities and individuals with complex needs. Her hands-on experience has equipped her with the skills to advocate effectively for the rights and well-being of her clients, ensuring they receive the respect and support they deserve.

In 2016, driven by her passion, Esther founded a Canadian registered charity organization dedicated to supporting children with disabilities in Canada and Rwanda. Esther's commitment to service extends beyond borders, demonstrating her belief in the universal right to care and support for all individuals, regardless of their circumstances.
 In 2023, Esther was honored to be nominated as one of the top five frontline staff who have gone above and beyond in Alberta for her exceptional work with individuals with disabilities.

Luckyson Elijah is a dedicated Executive Director with a passion for providing safe, nurturing, and supportive environments for individuals in need of residential care. With a strong background in leadership and mission-driven service, he oversees daily operations, strategic planning, and program development in group home settings, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support.

With extensive experience in residential care and security operations, Luckyson has served as a Residential Supervisor and as an Operations Supervisor and Area Manager for security companies. These roles have equipped him with critical skills in crisis management, staff leadership, and operational oversight. His expertise enables him to create structured environments that promote stability, growth, and safety for all residents.

He has completed professional training in Materials Management and Procurement, which enhances his ability to manage resources effectively within organizational settings. Additionally, his background in Professional Leadership and Development supports his work in cultivating high-performing teams and maintaining effective organizational systems.

Beyond the social services sector, Luckyson is also active in the entertainment industry as a Gospel Artist, Music Producer, MC, Media Professional, and Promoter. His creative talents and passion for gospel music allow him to inspire and uplift communities through music, media, and event coordination.

He is the co-founder of Living Channel Services Agency, a registered organization in both Canada and Rwanda that advocates for children with disabilities in Rwanda. His dedication to community service and social impact is evident in his continued work to support and empower vulnerable populations.

Luckyson has completed training for the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation and is currently preparing for the certification exam. His knowledge in security management and risk assessment further strengthens his ability to maintain safe and supportive environments in both residential and community settings.
